Camelon Luxury Residence is a special project: a two-level penthouse, part of a private luxury residence in the Telecentru area, featuring a terrace, swimming pool, glass railings, and a breathtaking view over Valea Morilor Lake and a large part of Chișinău. The home blends exclusive interior elements and premium finishes with state-of-the-art technology. iHome supported the project throughout the entire construction process, integrating smart solutions where the client felt they were needed, while also preserving the joy of classic, retro-style control whenever desired. Integrating smart-home technologies into a retro-modernist concept required exceptional precision — especially due to the high level of finishing and the exclusivity of every detail (switches, chandeliers, wall sconces, and surfaces). All technologies are integrated subtly, without drawing attention — bringing safety and comfort as a natural part of everyday life, but at a truly premium level.

The project started at the "grey stage" and included a complete rebuild of the electrical infrastructure to support a fully integrated smart home. New grounding system, upgrade to three-phase power, full preparation for an EV charger and a generator, whole-house energy backup (batteries + management), and solar inverter integration. Smart Home systems: intelligent control of lighting, ventilation, climate, and heating; CCT LED strips (warm/cool) + RGBW; automated curtains/drapes; smart switches with scene control; water leak detection; septic system monitoring; fire safety and gas leak detection; gates with CarPlay; pedestrian gate; automated irrigation; smart alarm system; whole-home multi-room audio/video; Smart Wi-Fi Gen 7. Everything is controlled from the iHome mobile app and is compatible with Apple ecosystem: HomeKit, CarPlay, AirPlay, Siri. Optional: Yandex Alisa, Google Home. The project took approximately one year, executed in parallel with finishing teams. The electrical plan was redesigned together with interior designers to replace excessive wall switches with modern scene-based control.

A premium iHome Smart Home project currently in the finishing stage, designed for a high-tech residence with a focus on comfort, automation, and energy independence. Concealed roller shutters, fully automated on all doors and windows — clean design plus day/night scenes, security, and privacy. Smart-controlled climate and ventilation with zones, schedules, and comfort/eco/away modes. Water filtration system with parameter monitoring and alerts. Alarm system integrated with security scenarios (perimeter, night, away). Energy autonomy: high-capacity battery pack sized to keep the home autonomous for at least 7 days under optimised consumption. Smart energy management with load prioritisation, "autonomy" mode, and alerts. The home has strong shielding against radio waves; combined with energy autonomy and integrated systems, it can operate as a secure, self-sufficient space with local control and advanced scenarios.

We delivered a full iHome Smart Office project for the Agrimatco administrative building (approx. 640 m², 2 floors), implemented in stages together with construction teams, architects, and designers through to full completion. Smart lighting: 400+ fixtures with scenes for work / meeting / after-hours / cleaning / night. Zoned geothermal climate control with scheduling for comfort and efficiency. Centralised, role-based control (admin / management / staff) via the app. Enterprise Wi-Fi network with segmentation and management. Solar system + battery backup. Integration with a diesel generator for continuity (switch-over/backup scenarios). AI security system with facial recognition + LPR (licence plate recognition). Grade 2 alarm system integrated with automations (armed / partial / day / night modes). Smart conference rooms with simplified control for lighting, climate, and presentations. Integrated A/V equipment and usage scenarios. Delivered in a modern minimalist style, focused on comfort, energy efficiency, security, and intuitive mobile-first control.

An iHome Smart Home project delivered for a premium-class apartment in central Chișinău, located between București and Tighina streets, just below the Republican Stadium area. Completed in 2024, the work was carried out in close collaboration with top interior designers and installation engineers to achieve a seamless balance between aesthetics and technology. From the very beginning, we rebuilt the electrical installation from scratch, providing all routes and wiring required for a smart home — carefully sized and planned to remain relevant for many years ahead. Classic electrical installation + smart lighting control (scenes). Italian switches and Italian lighting fixtures. German smart thermostats. iHome-branded smart curtains and blinds. Optimised Wi-Fi (full coverage). Battery backup for the apartment. Alarm system, fire safety, flood/leak protection. Underfloor heating + intelligent temperature control. Everything is integrated and works natively with the Apple ecosystem: HomeKit, Siri, and app-based automations.

This is an iHome Smart Home apartment project in continuous execution — the construction process involved changes in teams and site supervisors. The one constant throughout the project has remained the client's goal: a truly smart home delivered by iHome. The decisive factor was the need to eliminate the 14 wall switches in the living room (and other large switch clusters throughout the apartment) without losing individual control of each lighting circuit. iHome provided an aesthetic and practical solution through smart scene-based switches, while still preserving detailed control of every zone and each individual light from the mobile app. Smart lighting + scenes. Automated curtains. Access control with facial recognition and fingerprint. Smart intercom. Backup batteries. Climate / temperature control. Integrated safety systems: anti-intrusion, fire safety, flood/leak protection (with alerts). The electrical installation and smart-home preparation were completed in 2023, but finishing stages extended the overall timeline. With the launch of the new iHome 2026 platform version, this apartment will benefit from an upgrade and access to the latest technologies.

A full iHome Smart Home project for a premium townhouse located at the edge of the forest, featuring a terrace with glass railings and panoramic views toward the woodland area between Durlești and Dumbrava. The home blends a natural setting with a high level of technology and comfort. Full automation: lighting, climate control, ventilation. Access control: gates, doors, and security scenarios. Integrated alarm system. CCTV surveillance with notifications and remote access. Optimised Wi-Fi for full coverage. Multimedia integration: TV and usage scenes (day/night, away, vacation). The home was commissioned in 2021. After it was sold, iHome carried out the full transfer of administration rights to the new owner (accounts, access, settings, documentation), and the system has been operating reliably ever since.

This home stands out through its high level of structural resilience, security, and redundancy, designed to meet standards comparable to facilities with special security requirements.
